Admissions Process

Application for Norcross Campus

Application for Smyrna Campus

01. Contact the Campus You Are Interested In

It’s never too early to begin the application process. Your first conversation will be a chance to let us know how old your child is and what program you are interested in applying for. We will invite you to schedule a visit to the school so that you may tour the campus and see in person what we have to offer.

02. Schedule a Parent Tour

Initial visits are scheduled for weekday mornings. You may schedule a tour online.
This gives prospective families a chance to see the uninterrupted morning work cycle: a hallmark of Montessori education. Your visit will start with a tour of the school and you will have an opportunity to meet with our administrative staff to ask any questions you may have. Please note that these initial visits are for adults only.
As a Covid adaptive measure, we currently require application form to be filled out to accommodate any on site tours.

03. Schedule a Classroom Observation & Submit an Application

As a Covid adaptive measure, we currently require application form to be filled out to accommodate any on site tours. An application fee payment is NOT needed for touring only.
A non-refundable application fee of $100 is required in order to schedule a classroom observation for the student to be considered for admission.
This brief screening is helpful to determine the child’s development level and may be used in the determination of acceptance and classroom placement. Children transferring from other programs will be required to provide transcripts to assist in the application process.

04. Acceptance

You will be notified in writing regarding acceptance. Upon acceptance, forms requiring additional registration information will be provided. When these forms are returned along with the appropriate registration fees, your place in Covered Bridge Montessori School will be confirmed. Registration fees are on per year, per child basis.

It is possible that a child may be placed on a waitlist for an appropriate opening. The registration fee for a waitlisted child will be due when the start date has been determined.

05. Join the CBMS Community!

Find out what it means to be a part of our community. Connect with us on social media to find out about events and to learn even more about what we have to offer.

Respect for Diversity

Covered Bridge accepts all without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability, provided that the school can meet the needs of the child.
