We are seeking an experienced and passionate Montessori Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a dynamic and engaging classroom environment that promotes the holistic development of children according to Montessori principles. This role involves guiding students in their educational journey, fostering independence, and supporting their individual growth and curiosity.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
Certification:Â Montessori certification (AMI/AMS/Others) required/evidence of enrollment in Montessori training.
Experience:Â Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a Montessori setting.
Skills:Â Strong classroom management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and practices.
